What?
A team of professionals working to sell homes as fast as possible for the maximum amount of money to the client and a minimum amount of inconvenience for the client. When working with Buyers our goal is to help them find a home in the time frame they have designated, purchase the home for the most competitive price and make it an easy process from contract to closing.

When?
We are full time professionals who dedicate a minimum of 8-10 hours a day to real estate related activities for Buyers and Sellers.

Where?
Our primary focus is Williamson county and southern Davidson county. However, we are flexible and will work in other areas. We will refer clients to other experienced agents if we feel we cannot provide our typical level of expertise in that are of interest of our client.

How Are You Unique?
We provide our clients unsurpassed personal service from our marketing program to our follow up after the sale. We offer feedback on each showing, schedule and meet repairmen, extensive “out of the box” marketing… anything that makes the buying and selling process easier for our clients.

Benefit to the Customer?
Our extensive knowledge of construction, market conditions, marketing and the Williamson Co. area provide our clients with extensive data / facts so that they may make a fully informed decision when purchasing or selling their home.

How Much?
Our fee is six percent (6%) of the total price of the home regardless of the amount of time or expenses incurred on your behalf. Our fee is paid upon the closing of the home purchased or sold. I pay all expenses and fees as they arise and should the home not close for any reason I am unable to recoup my expenses.
