Bob Parks Realty honors top producers for 2006
Bob Parks Realty recently presented awards to top agents and brokers for 2006 during an event at the Cool Springs Conference Center.
Jack Miller and Robert Stutts were recognized at the company’s annual meeting as the top agents of the Brentwood office for 2006. In addition, Miller received a Pinnacle Award for sales in excess of $30 million in 2006.
Miller is the principal listing broker with the stutts-miller group, a part of Bob Parks Realty, No. 1 in sales of the entire Bob Parks Realty company, and among the Top 10 Realtors in Middle Tennessee out of more than 8,000 agents, according to the Nashville Business Journal, in spring 2004.
The team specializes in fine homes and estates in Williamson and Davidson Counties and the stutts-miller group’s marketing and internet capabilities have made their services particularly valuable to relocated corporate executives.
Miller earned a B.A. at the College of William and Mary in Virginia after spending a year with Up With People, a non-profit educational organization dedicated to building bridges of understanding as a foundation for world peace. In the fall of 1988, after completing his master’s Degree at the University of Tennessee, Miller settled in Nashville. He holds a broker’s license, a GRI designation , and earned the designation of Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist in 2004.
Stutts, a lifelong resident of Middle Tennessee, is a full-time licensed Listing and Buyer’s Agent, graduated from Tennessee Technological University with a B.S. in physics. Since then he has accumulated 35 major awards in sales and customer service. Stutts has earned his ABR and ePRO designations, CSP certification, and holds a broker’s license. In 2004, he also earned the designation of Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist.
A portion of the proceeds from every stutts-miller group sale benefits a local Make A Wish Foundation child.
Brentwood agent Susan Gregory received a Pinnacle Award for sales in excess of $30 million in 2006.
Gregory is consistently a multi-million dollar producer and has been the Overall Top Residential Agent for Bob Parks Realty out of 600 agents. She has been the Top Listing Agent for the company, as well as the Top Combined Listing and Selling Agent.
Gregory earned the Circle of Excellence Award for Most Dollar Volume and Most Units Sold from the Home Builders Association of Middle Tennessee. She is a graduate of the Realtors Institute, an Accredited Buyers Representative, a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, and a Certified New Homes Professional, and has completed both Broker Management training and Institute of Residential Marketing training.
Gregory is the past president for the Sales and Marketing Council, a division of the Home Builders Association, and served as a board member for 10 years. She is a member of the Women’s Council of Realtors, Williamson County Association of Realtors and the Greater Nashville Association of Realtors.
Brentwood agent Lisa Culp Taylor received a Platinum Award for sales of $20 million in 2006.
Culp Taylor grew up in Brentwood and is now a resident of Franklin. She is a graduate of the Realtor Institute and has more than seven years experience as a full time Realtor.
Culp Taylor is a member of the Professional Standards Committee, Home Builders Association of Middle Tennessee, Residential Sales Council, Williamson County Association of Realtors, and National Association of Realtors. She is a member of the Heritage Foundation and volunteers for Happy Tales Humane.
Franklin agent Loy Hardcastle received a Platinum Award for sales in excess of $20 million in 2006.
A native of Williamson County, Hardcastle was Bob Parks Rookie of the Year two years in a row and the Top Sales Agent in 2000, 2001 and 2003. He holds a B.S. degree from Vanderbilt University and has served as a member of the Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen.
Hardcastle is a past president of Williamson County Chamber of Commerce, the Rotary Club, and the Interstate Merchants Association. He has sat on the boards of and chaired numerous charitable organizations. Hardcastle has been listed as a Top Performer in Real Trends magazine, and national real estate publication.
Franklin agent Tom Laskey received the Whale Done award for the entire company. The award is given to an agent or staff member who is a role model for service to others and the community.
Laskey grew up in Overland Park, Kansas, and holds a B.S. degree in music from St. John’s College in Winfield, Kan. A vocalist who plays keyboards and guitar, Laskey had an active concert ministry and moved to Middle Tennessee in 2002 to be closing to recording opportunities.
He is a member of Thompson Station Baptist Church and has been involved with World Vision, an international sponsorship of children and community development.
Laskey has been a Realtor for three years and specializes in investment properties.
